Credicorp announces filing of the 2011 Annual Report on Form 20-F

Lima, PERU, April 30, 2012 -- Credicorp (NYSE: BAP) filed an Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2011 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The 2011 Form 20-F includes audited consolidated financial statements of Credicorp and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2010 and 2011 and for the years ended December 31, 2009, 2010 and 2011 under IFRS.
