CONASEV Resolution for Material Events and Reserved Information and Other
Communications number 107-2002-EF/94.10, as modified by CONASEV Resolution
number 009-2003-EF/94.10, complies with notifying you of the following Material
Event:
In its
session held on November 25, 2009, Credicorp’s Board of Directors designated Mr.
Mario Ferrari Quiñe as Corporate Secretary and Secretary of Credicorp’s Board of
Directors. Mr. Ferrari will replace Mr. Fernando Palao Alvarez who decided to
retire.
Furthermore,
the Board also appointed Mr. Ferrari as Credicorp’s Stock Market Representative,
a role that Mr. Palao Alvarez also performed.
This
decision will be effective on January 1, 2010.
