In accordance with article 28 of the Capital Markets Law, approved by Law DS N ° 093-2002-EF and CONASEV Resolution for Material Events, Reserved Information and Other Communications N° 107-2002-EF/94.10, as modified by CONASEV Resolution N° 009-2003-EF/94.10, Credicorp Ltd. complies with notifying you of the following Material Event.
In order to restructure its shareholdings in the companies of Grupo Pacífico Asegurador, and as authorized by Resolution SBS No. 4913-2011, Credicorp will proceed to transfer its shares of El Pacífcio Vida Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros (PV) which represent 38% of PV’s social capital, to its subsidiary El Pacífico Peruano Suiza Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, resulting in the latter owning 100% of PV.
