Today, August 29, 2014 we have completed in the Stock Exchange of Lima the transfer to Credicorp Capital Ltd. of 10,820,912 shares that we held in Credicorp Capital Peru S.A.A. Such transfer represented an amount of S/. 51,291,122.88.
