Dear Sirs:

 

Credicorp Ltd. (the ‘Company’) notifies you, as a Material Event, that today, March 23, 2020, Credicorp’s subsidiaries Banco de Credito del Peru and Mibanco, Banco de la Microempresa, have agreed to donate S/100,000,000.00 and S/10,000,000.00, respectively, to help safeguard Peruvian families in the situation of poverty and extreme poverty, whose income has been affected by the national emergency declared by the Peruvian government to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The donation will be channeled through the same distribution mechanism of the “bono de solidaridad” of S/380.00 that the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion has agreed to distribute to each of these families.
