We hereby notify you as a Material Event that the Special General Meeting of Shareholders of Credicorp Ltd. (“Credicorp”), in its session held on October 16, 2020, agreed to appoint Mr. Leslie Pierce Diez Canseco as the ninth member of the Board of Directors of the company, for the 2020-2023 period.

 

In consequence, added to the directors elected at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 5, 2020, as well as the decisions made by the Board of Directors in its session of June 9, 2020, the Board of Directors of Credicorp is composed of the following individuals:
