We hereby notify you as a Material Event that the Board of Directors of Credicorp Ltd. (Credicorp), in its session held on January 27, 2022, has unanimously
resolved:

To appoint Mr. Cesar Rivera as Head of Insurance and Pensions. Mr. Rivera will succeed Mr. Alvaro Correa Malachowski and this appointment will be effective as of February 1, 2022. Mr. Rivera will maintain his position as CEO of Pacifico
Compañia de Seguros y Reaseguros, subsidiary of Credicorp.

To appoint Ms. Francesca Raffo as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) of Credicorp, reporting to the CEO of Credicorp. This appointment will be effective as of February 1, 2022. Ms. Raffo will maintain her position as Deputy CEO Retail
Banking at Banco de Credito del Peru, subsidiary of Credicorp.
