Fortunately, Mr. Bayly is in stable condition and out of danger. He should recover fully within 2 weeks to resume his responsibilities.
During the absence of Mr. Bayly the two Deputy CEOs, Mr. Alvaro Correa and Mr. Gianfranco Ferrari, will assume his responsibilities.
