Lima, PERU, May 02, 2013 -- Credicorp (NYSE: BAP) filed an Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The 2012 Form 20-F includes audited consolidated financial statements of Credicorp and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2011 and 2012 and for the years ended December 31, 2010, 2011 and 2012 under IFRS.
